Commercial Lands

The commercial lands serve a similar purpose as the recreational lands, but for larger applications (finance app stores, marketplaces, etc). CCC will be actively building infrastructure here as well. More details on building will be revealed later, but details pertaining to the Commercial Lands can be found below:

Total Supply:

• 3,000 lands (SOLD OUT)

Cost:

• 30,000 $C4 per land. Can only be purchased by holders of the $C4 Player Pass.

Rewards/Perks/Conditions:

• Commercial Lands can be rented out.

• A Living Land is needed as a prerequisite for the Commercial Land to be active.

• Liquidity providers will receive one free Commercial Land (if liquidity is provided for at least 3 months and LP is more than 0.5% from the pool). Details on minimum liquidity requirement and distribution will be provided later.

• Commercial lands can utilize extended financial API, SDK and protocols, including VISA/MASTERCARD -> USDC4 protocol for DEXs and dApps.
